All reservations are subject to confirmation within 48 from reception and to the payment of a 30% deposit. For stays lasting less than 3 nights, such deposit increases to 50% and in all cases it is retained by Villa Sparta as compensation for late cancellations (less than 8 days prior to arrival) or no shows.
